Maggie

This big face belongs to Paul's parents' dog Maggie, who's gone as of this morning. This photo's just a few months old. It makes me want to keep this face someplace in the world, put it here for anyone to see. A perfect face.

Catherine Merridale: "Fyedorov believed that human beings should...concentrate... upon their prime moral duty, which was to resurrect the dead."

Hello Maggie! Hello dear Boston Terrier lady!

I'm sorry to hear of her passing. The world would be so much better with more such faces in it.

Goodbye, Mary Magdalene. You helped more than you'll ever know.

The last sincere smile. It's always a surprising staggering loss when we lose them.

Oh, Maggie. What a dear sweet face she has. The picture reminds me of your passage on photos of dogs in "Dog Years." That face will always be peering up at us with that sweet and expectant expression. My condolences to Maggie's and Paul's parents. Jack
